I go to bed when its exactly eleven in the night --- since i have started Mylotting i stay upto 11:30---planning to goto bed much earlier these days I make sure that i have atleast eight hours of sleep each day---And i do not take naps in the Noons they take my night's sleep away---so i prefer doing something crazy thing rather than sleeping in the days I come accross many beautiful faces in my locality---but its quiet evident that they do not have sufficient sleep each day---their Dark Circles speak thousand words about their Irregularity in sleeping---i really wonder what they do in the late nights though---i think we're a bit off from the main topic right How about you then---Do you have any particular timings dedicated to your sleeping or got used to take small naps whenever you're Idle

Hi Sunny! I wish I didn't have a sleeping problem, but I do! I have very serious Insomnia and have trouble sleeping just about every single night! I am here sometimes until the early morining hours. By the time I go to sleep it is the well into the next day and I still have trouble sleeping! It has been going on most of my life, since I was a child and only got worse as an adult! When I was working I was so exhausted from getting next to no sleep that I had trouble functioning! And I don't take naps during the day because that only makes things much worse!

Whatever you might be in either Cat race or Rat race----people strive hard to make some money---Irrespective of the wealth we have---Human kind should take care of the minimum requirements of his body for a healthy living else his hard earned money would be evaporated as he would be buying his lost health back

Okay my BB, let me see. Dark circles, no. Naps during the day, no. My nightly escapades, umm. I go to bed between 11 and 12. I get up at 4:30. That is enough sleep for me.

I like to get 7 - 8 hours of sleep on weeknights and catch up on weekends. But as for particular hours, on weeknights I like to get to sleep no later than 11. On weekends, it doesn't matter as long as I can either sleep in or take a nap.

Sleeping 8 hours a day!! God, you are gonna kill me. The only time I sleep is at night. I do not have a particular timing to go to bed. When I have college, that is most of the time, I go to sleep at around 1-2am and get up at 5 to get ready for my college. If it is a holiday, or in case I have thought of skipping college, I go to sleep at 2-3 and get up somewhere around 7. I do suffer from insomnia sometimes when I do not sleep at all, and that includes the nights. I do not like taking pills and try to stay relax. But insomnia is very rare for me. It started some 6 years ago and has happened 3-4 times in total.

Yes, I do that, I mean going to bed at 1 am. But I am ok with it. My parents also don't have a problem, as long as I do not sleep after 7/7.30. I do not need much sleep, anyway, 4-5 hours do just fine for me. And I have college from 6.30 in the morning. So, it is not that I get up early to study .

Hi sunnycool, I do not really have specific time for my bed time. It is depend. If I had something to do then I would go to bed later. But if I had nothing to do I will go earlier. usually my bed time between 1.00 am and 2.00 am or 2.30am. I woke up before 7.00 am because I need to send my nephew to his school. Sometimes I feel sleepy during afternoon but I would try not to fall a sleep. I did not like to take nap at noon because it always took one or two hours.

Yes, sleeping at a particular time daily is a very good habit and should be maintained at all times. Just like waking up at the same times everyday is a habit for majority people, sleeping at the same time should also be incorporated in the daily routine of yours. Yes, you would have guessed it by now. I am very particular about my sleeping hours. In a rare scenario where I cant get my quota of sleeping hours, I try the 'power nap' formula. That is enough to recharge me again.

I don't know if it's particular.I am used to sleeping at 11 Pm and wake up at 6:30 AM.Then I'd like to take a nap at noon, from 12:00PM to 2:00PM.And when I have enough time or I don't know what to do I can sleep all the afternoon. Sometimes I will be late for bed,but it must because I have something to do or on the weekend.Actually,I like to sleep in the classes as well.It seems I never get enough sleep cause I want to sleep all the time. And I even have a nickname called "sandman".

well, yes. i try to hit the sack before 9 in the evening and try to be in snoring land before 10. that would give me time to meet the regular sleep time needed, as i usually wake up at around 5 am. 6 in the morning is already too late to start a day. sometimes, though, i fail to observe this schedule and go over the fence. however, i try to compensate what i owe in sleep whenever i can.

I used to go to sleep by eight when i was in my schooling---those were real hectic days i was busy with my studies then---and had to wake up early at 5 to catch up my friends in the tuition classes i enjoyed the cool weather though .I seldom go to bed before 11 now atleast i'm specific about my eight hours of sleep irrespective of the timings i go to bed

oftentimes, our body clock varies with our age and the things we do... it adjusts, even compensates... you know, we need a certain level of sleep daily... if we miss out, we have to compensate, otherwise, it adds to our age... thanks for the response, sunnycool...

Specially when i have tons of work to do i just cant help it but to finish everything first before sleeping. But of course i also have time for myself like when im pretty much in a vacation i make sure that i control my own time, like what time i will sleep and how long i will be sleeping or resting at least. Dang! how i wish i still have lots of vacation right now .Thanks for asking my friend

I usually lost track of time whenever I'm enjoying and when my brain is overloaded with ideas. I usually sleep from 12 midnight to 2am then I wake up regularly during weekdays at 6am and in weekends I wake up by 9am to 10am. I have been like this for the past months now and I really hope I start disciplining myself and live healthy

I am kind of turned around. I'm up all night and go to bed around 4-6 in the morning sometimes. But my body dictates my sleeping habbits. if I'm tired enough I sleep plain and simple. If I'm not tired enough to sleep then I don't. I only force myself to stay awake on days when I'm going to be up and down a lot doing things I need to get done.

theres a day when i begin to sleep early at night and wake up around midnight or after and stay awake for three hours or so then sleep again. two sleeps in one night hehe. that kind of sleep appeal to me but there are other variation of my sleep pattern. i can stay up until 11 at night but end my day there and sleep. by sleeping no further than midnight i am able to get up early and take advantage of the low temperature of early morning for if i get up late it is going to be hot when i wake up.
