eye and finger twitching? can a doctor please help if theres one here?

hi im 30 yrs old and when i was young i was told i had raynauds disease, my mum suffered from carpol tunnel syndrome quite badly and my family have arthritis on both sides. i have episodes before where i wake up and my hand is weak, i dontrecall if its just one or both hands but it takes a little while to wake up, and also suffer when my hands get cold, fingers on both hands turn white then purple and then back pink with some tingling, its not really painful but makes it hard to pick up anything , feels uncomfotable and numb. and at school i used to get mild cramp whilst writing other than tht i have slight anameia and my doctor has said im a carrier of thallasemia and mild asthma. i am also overweight but trying to sort tht out. well out of the blue on saturday just gone i was using my mouse and my right hand felt a little weak and all i can descibe it as feeling like i had butterflies in it, sort of like a tickly feeling with the weakness. nto so week tht i couldnt hold the mouse, but i knew that it just didnt feel right. the finger next to my thumb started twitching and the finger started moving up and down a little bit for a few seconds and then stopped. i have never had this before and it has not stopped doin it on and off since, it seems to be whenever i am writing or holding something, picking somethin up, my wrist sometimes seems like its twitching too and sometiems it feels just like tht feeling u get when u know ur gonna get cramp, but the cramp never comes, just the twitching. none of the other fingers twitch. my arm does feel a bit heavy at times but tht may just be weight related. i dotn feel pain in my arm or hand but sometimes it aches. also the day after this all started i have expereinced more than usual eye twitching, also on the right side, sometimes it happensjust before the finger twitching and sometines at the same time or sometimes i get it without the finger twitching. sometimes i get the finger twtching and then the eye starts and then again sometimes it happens and the eye doesnt twitch. i have looked in the mirror and weirdly even though i feel the eye or eyelid twitching, u cant see it at all? i dont feel any other affects other than this and my left hand is fine, just wondering what is causing it. i have started doin as mch as i can with my left hand recently to give my right hand rest but it seems to keep doin it still is there somethign i can eat or take to stop this? anyone have the same or know what it may be? thanks.
