You can often speak with native english people, it's a efficiency ways to improve your oral english. More speak more fluent.

i think practice makes a man perfect. you start thinking in english even and dont translate. you see english movies and serials on tv. so that your verbal english could be improved and you can understand directly in english so that the effect you can feel in speaking.

You should practice. I mean, that's the only thing you can do to improve it. You can enroll to schools that teach oral speaking but if you really want to be good at it you have to practice. Also, reading a lot of books would help you in your vocabulary and reading comprehension.

I really think you need to improve on your speaking skills. I am an online English teacher and I am teaching students from Korea and other nationalities just like Chinese. I teach English as a second language and its very useful for students to practice speaking in English. You can practice speaking everyday and its better to have someone who can supervise you in practicing speaking in English. You will need a mentor who will correct your pronunciation and someone who can teach correct grammar. I teach online by skype and if you need help just send me a message.

my advice is to read more english out loud and speak english as much as you can .reading english out loud helps you correct your pronunciation while speak english will help you improve your fluency.that's my suggestion and i hope that's helpful to you.

There is no short cut route that you can follow to improve your oral skills.If you don't have any problem in reading,writing and understanding then I will like to suggest something.This technique helped me to improve my English greatly and there is no reason why you can't improve yours too.Get hold of a tape recorder and speak your heart out about anything that you like in English and allow it to be recorded.Next rewind it and listen to your English.Identify the mistakes and rectify them and repeat this process over and over again.Very soon you will notice remarkable improvement in your oral English.I think you will find this post useful.

you have to listen and use the language as much as possible. read more books in english. and above all think in english as well. wish you good luck in your endeavour :)

Try talking in english with your friends in class and read newspaper and story book or any book which in english and sure you can improve a lot.Within 6 months or so u will speak fluent english.Best Wishes !

I think it is all a matter of time, if you don't have problem in writing and understanding, oral will eventually improve by speaking more. Communicate in English with those who speaks fluently, don't be embarrassed no one is born an expert, learn today and become an expert tomorrow, feel shy to speak today, and be the same tomorrow.

Watch a whole lot of English cable TV. That worked greatly on me. You can also read English books aloud so you can also hear yourself. One of the best ways would be to converse with others using the English medium, I know it would be pretty awkward at first but you'll get the hang of it. You can also try chatting up people who can speak English and try to do random conversations with them.

i'm an english learner too, to practice my oral skills, i watch some tv series videos that i often download, than i'll mouth the word that heard from the videos. i know it looks weird, but it really helps my listening and oral skills. hope this helps :)
