i think many of people make the plan for your life and make the schedule for your study of this year or this semester.so do i,but the problem for me is how to hold on it.For example.i make a plan for get up at 6:00am every morning this semester to study english,at first i am very passion about it,but with time goes on,i become lazy and my passion fade,i would not hold on this plan.It is really difficult for me to overcome myself. But i know i will regret at last for not hold on in the some future day.
Have you ever come across the same situation with me.how do you overcome yourself and how to hold on.

it happend to me too. at frist,i make a plan and be strict with that. if i hadn't done work which i planed,i would be very hungour.leter,i make a fairly elastic plan and i did it very well. so,i make my all plans elastic.

It can be hard sticking to a plan, but it's an investment in YOUR future and better well-being. You need to be dilligant in your pursuit of it. Think of how you will feel when you finish your english class, what was accomplished. It does take some mental work to keep up the routine, and some good encouragement from friends and/or family too :)
Good luck on your schooling !!

Yep happens to me all the times. Especially when the exams are coming up. Always saying I'll be standing up (as waking up) one hour earlier, but than I say like, I'll keep lying here for five more minutes and I fall asleep. I know how I am, and this always happens, so I just leave my clock the same way the whole year through.
