so on one of the surveys site that I am a member of they wanted me to watch 2 shows of that new show V that is on abc on tuesday night and I just wondered if anyone else has been watching it and what they thought of it.
the show has a decent cast has the wife from the santa clause movies with tim allen which I see all the time around christmas and I think she was on lost too in this show she is an FBI agent and I think she is pretty good in it.
I doubt if I wasn't getting something to watch this show that I would actually watch it, however as I just don't watch a lot of regular television shows anymore at least not like I used to.
Has anyone else seen this show regularly?
I know it has only made a few episodes so probably not a great deal of viewership to this point so that may be why they are basically bribing people to get an opinion of the show, but just from the one episode that I watched I would doubt despite the good cast that I would regularly watch this show.
Of those of you that have seen it or have heard of it what are your opinion of the show?

i haven't. from where i am, we don't get screenings yet of new shows like that. although i'm familiar with the old V, it's plot and characters from the old show... i imagine there's a new storyline to fit in to today's setting. hehe
man, must be 25 years since when i saw it first and marc singer was young and the only one familiar in the cast (for me hehe).
goodluck with the review. and to your second viewing.

yeah my sister found a movie I think it was the other day called V they arrive with marc singer in it and I assumed that the new show was somewhat based on that so I guess I will just have to watch and see and answer whatever they ask about it as some of these can be a bit silly some of the questions, but if that is what they want that is what I'll give them.

I like the new version so far – it is pretty high tech, and it even touches on some of our political problems in the states. You can find these episodes on Hulu – I think they have had a total of 5 so far.
Some of the sequence falls together too easily and predictably, but, they need it to so the show can transition into the next step. Everyone on the show is fairly easy on the eyes, and, actually very attractive, which will help gain a fan base. And Scott Wolf and his dimples make an excellent mouthpiece. The woman who plays Anna plays a devious character remarkably well, and the acting overall is pretty decent.
I only remember seeing a series of recorded videos of the original series, back when I was 15, and I can’t quite say how it compares. There are obvious differences, but it was so long ago, that I can’t remark.

And the props are really neat. They had a two pronged fork on the V ship, which was pretty awesome.

yeah they have a really nice cast on the show that is one of the good things about it as I really don't know much about what the show is based on.
I don't know about the series, but I think there was a movie too called V they arrive with marc singer in it.
well I will watch again tomorrow and give my honest opinion about it that is the best that I can do.
