i am a 21 year old mother to a wonderful baby boy. however i still live with my mom and have no job, no drivers liscence and no car. i am overweight, according to my bmi i am obese. i will post a new discussion in the "me" interest a couple times a week. follow me as i post about how i am changing my life for the better. i would love for everyone to comment and give as much helpful advice as they can! wish me luck and i hope i become an inspertation to people! much love mylotters!

You already are an inspiration; as you are willing to try to change things for the better. With a baby boy it is hard to have a job, so your only option at this point is to not have a job. Plus logically what is the point of having a drivers license without having a car? And, from personal experience, cars are extremely expensive to maintain.
Don't put yourself down because you live with your Mom. I moved back in with my Mom when I was injured on the job and I was let go. Without a job I couldn't afford to live on my own. You have it even harder because you have a baby. The wonderful thing is that your baby boy will get to know his Grandmother.
You will do wonderfully at making the changes, and I will offer as much encouragement and wishes for you to have wonderful luck as I can.

thank you. yes with havng a baby it is hard to lose weight, because he is always needing my attention.

Lose weight isn't a one-day thing. As you have a baby, you can try Yoga. Hope that can help you.

Obese doesn't affect the career. Everything and everybody is subject to change for better prospects, change is the system of life.

at least you can admit to things not like some. a few years back i decided or i seen i needed lot of help. so i went and seek help for different things. i can say in 4 to 5 yrs top i made lots of changes in my life as well myself.
