At present, Letters to Jackie:Condolences from a Grieving Nation. edited by Ellen Fitzpatrick. Very interesting book of people writing letters to the First Lady as well as her children when JFK passed. I also just finished a book recently called The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks which I found a bit mind blowing. It was about a young lady in the early 50s who had cervical cancer and was dying. But when they took a specimen of her cells, come to find out those cells would generally multiply in great numbers. Something that never could be done at the time. So they were used in other labs and facilities; While her surviving family did without adequate health care. Crazy. The HeLa cells have helped aid in the efforts of polio and other diseases that were prevalent at the time.

I'm currently reading InkDeath, the third book following Inkheart and Inkspell. The first book was a bit dry and repetitive, but these last two have gotten better and better! It makes me want to jump into a book somehow! The Inkheart movie was good, but I don't think with the different way that they ended it, that they will be able to do the other 2 books without some major finagling (sp?) that would tick off the readers. The lady who translated these books from German actually had Brandon Frasier in mind when she thought of Mo, making the movie all the more interesting!

I'm currenly reading "Last Child in the Woods" and "Fairy Wars". I've also began "Every Living Thing" by James Harriot and I have just begun the "Atlantis" series by Harry Turtledove, as well as "Angela and the Broken Heart". It's a kiddie book, but I like it.

I am currently reading Tripwire by Lee Child. It is the 3rd book he wrote (currently has written 13) and I am reading them all again. All his books are centred around one central character which makes it easier to read them as the character is well thought out.

I'm currently into "I Kissed Dating Goodbye" by Joshua Harris. I've read its sequel when I was still in college and it's just now that I've got the chance to buy and read this prequel. I know I'm a bit behind but I don't care. There are still a lot of books that I want to read, especially those of Mitch Albom. I love the way he writes because he doesn't use words that are very difficult to comprehend and his stories are somehow inspirational. Same with Joshua Harris. I can relate myself with stories he cite in his books. His are inspirational and would really make you re-evaluate your relationship with God through the things that we are experiencing now. I suggest that you read both these authors' creations.

I am reading a couple of different books at the moment. One of them is a Danish novel, it is called "An area near the coast" and it was written by a man called John Bang Jensen. I have read the first part of book and I find it a little confusing, but that might change when I read the rest of the book. I am also reading "Divine interventions" by Dan Millman and Doug Childers. It seems like an interesting book, but I just started reading it. The other books that I read are books about religion and psychology.

Currently reading "Giver of Roses" by Kathleen Morgan. It's a high fantasy I picked up off the bargain shelf at Family Christian Store. I really enjoy high fantasies so I have pretty high hopes for this one. I haven't gotten very far, I'm really only on page 12 but it's been a good 12 pages so far.
