Is reading tarot cards for people for profit illegal in Canada. I know it's against the law to charge for fortune telling but is this considered the same thing? If I run a place from my house like this am I risking a criminal record, fine and possibly jail time?

i dont think its illegal though if you use it for profit then yet coz its already like business and like other business they must have proper permit first. besides it depends to other people if they will go their to know whats in their future and they pay without forcing them even though that person is real or fake.

Well if I had a permit for it would that be okay and legal? Or do they not offer permits for that kind of thing?
