PTC SITES-How do they generate income?

Most of my lot users are aware that legitimate Ptc sites like Neobux pay their members regularly on reaching the minimum payout through PayPal.What I'd like my friends and fellow mylotters to please tell me how do these sites generate money to pay their members?Are they paid by companies who release ads in these sites?Some promise good returns only to disappoint us as they don't pay us on due date.Could the reason be that the companies who released ads in these sites never paid for them as a result of which the ptc site is unable to make payment or is it that the intention of the promoters of these sites is to defraud innocent victims?

At least there is this won many of these sites and you have proof of payment does not control even try Try for free and then never seriously tried all of the people and maybe you've tried one company I hope that the retreat of members of these sites and proof of payment to dictate all the places. And I wish you success and luck.
