I dont want to know how to all that difficult stuff but a summersault would be a good start. A cartwheel and maye a few more things that could contribute to my cheerleading next year. Im transferring to a school that actally offers it next year and Ive alwys wanted to be a cheerleade! :) Does anyone have any tips or any ideas how to lean first off. My mom cant etach me, nor my sister and I dont know if I want to pay for classes (although I will have to if I must). Is tehre anything I should learn for cheerleading taht's a need?

i been on a cheer team for 4 years , 3 on 2 high school teams and 1 on allstar and id say youll prolly wanna work on your flexibility. you can sit in front of the tv for a 30 minute show with one leg horizontal infront of you, and one leg behind , vertical. rotate positioning after 15 mins i did thisand got my splits both ways in 2 months. for a sommmersault youll wanna tuck your chin to your chest and roll on your neck/shoulders and not your head. fling your moment through your toes to stand up . cartwheels take some guts but dont be scared your going to want to start with your dominant leg forward your going to go to ward the ground with your dominnant arm hitting the groud JUST before the other hand. kick your legs over as straight as possible, POINT YOUR TOES. this will make it straighter, and look more clean. watch youtube videos! i hope this helps need any more help msg me !!
