Im not sure how to do this so I googled it. The following are the instructions that the website I clicked agev me from this link - www.wikihow.com/Do-a-Somersault : 1) Make sure you are on a suitable surface... 2) Crouch low to the ground (one knee on the ground the other up). 3) Place your hands on teh ground sideways (pointing towards your higher knee) and tuck your head ito your chest. 4)Use your other hand to put it through your legs and follow through with the somersault. 5) Push off with your hands and feet gently. 6) Let yourself roll back upright. 7) Keep in mind... Can anyone see the issues with number 3 and 4? Can anyone clarify for me?

Yeah i saw it. How're you going to put your head between your knees with your hands if both hands are on the ground? Lol. Why would you wanna do something like that anyway?

A somersault is pretty much just when you are crouching/kneeling and you do a roll forward. That's all. :]

I'm not sure what they're talking about. The way I used to do somersaults was to crouch down, squat-like, and put my hands on the floor between my feet. I'd then lean forward until my head touched the floor, then push up with my legs until I flipped over. Simple! My mother told me a story of my father doing a somersault when she was very pregnant with me. My sister was three years old and had asked our father to do a somersault for her. He got down into position, began rolling over, bit his tongue, farted, then uttered a few choice words that my sister shouldn't have heard. My mother said she laughed so hard she was peeing all the way to the bathroom. Good luck with your somersault. Be sure to keep your tongue away from between your teeth!
