Disputes!

I hate uhm! Recently ive been scammed a few times on paypal and now im sick of it. Why do i continue satisfying customers just for them to throw it back in my face? If they have an issue, they need to speak to my face direct...! Do you ever have this problem?

I don't usually have this problem because I usually provide services to my customers instead of selling products to them. So they would usually come back to me for more services. Hence, they won't scam me off paypal.

Virtual goods always have this kind of problem.
I do not have experience with this.
But I believe if you respond to PayPal, you have better chance to win the dispute right?
Also be sure to make some acknowledge or something like that as a proof of your delivery of the goods or services
