yes this is not easy for many people after alot of work. but if your biological clock is set to work in night this is not going to be a hard task. whatever i think there are different ways of thinking. what are your views.

Definitely im more comfortable staying awake at night thats why i choose graveyard shift. I feel more alive and energetic when working at night. Besides its not that hot when i travel and no traffic at all. I guess my body is already used to it.

I have had several jobs where I was working at night, and it has never been a problem for me. Even when I don't have to work I like to stay up all night and write, study or work online. I have always been a night owl and I enjoy working at night. When I am trying to write a story or something like that I also prefer to write at night when everything is peaceful. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to sleep during the day for instanse if the neighbours make a lot of noise, but most of the time it isn't a problem for me.

yeah my mind is very much comfortable but my body is not. What my mind says, My body contradicting.. How many times i planned to make an overtime. It's been one week of planning, one week of trying to stay longer in the night working with my office works because in the office black out is frequent that is why i want to do and finished the works at night time but look what is happening i just only slept and nothing have done for the rest of the evening. I'm not really comfortable working at night. I am looking for the secret in order to keep alive even at night.

It depends on how long you stay awake, to midnight or to the next morning. Most college students today like staying awake at night, because they find it hard to work during the day. I sometimes would like to work at night, but mainly because I had too much work unfinished.I don't konw if you had the experience of staing awake the whole night, and the feeling was bad. I felt my head big and couldn't think correctly. There is a chinese medicial theory saying that people should go to bed before 11 o'clock at night because of the regulation of your body and the regulation of nature.

I've always been a night owl, so it is not difficult at all for me to stay up at night. In fact, I get most of the things done that I intend to accomplish during the late evening/night hours because those are the only times that I have true peace in my house to get things done. When I was a working woman, I worked night shift out of necessity and that has only deepened my roots wih being up late into the night.

No, to be honest, I do not like staying awake too late at night. I have tried many times but there is a certain time of the night where my mind begins shutting down bit by bit. Then after a certain time it will not work properly and it is hard for me to stay awake. So there is really no point in trying to stay awake much longer, if it is harder for me to stay awake. I think my body and my brain is geared to work at a certain time under a certain routine. Trying to mess with that formula is not the best idea in the world I think. I will just fail. Plus my mind tends to work in strange ways when I do vary the schedule and I am not sure that is really a good thing at all. I think I will just stick with the current schedule and everything will be more than fine. I am not really comfortable in changing it anytime soon.

Cetainly not. What I usually do it gets up early and sleep early. If I stay awake at night ,it must terrible cause I will surely feel I head reeling the next day. Actually, I once experienced it before and I just feel that's really intolerable.I do wish it never happened again.

I am far than comfortable and has been doing it for the past months. Some say it is not good for the health but i got the 6 hours of sleeping everyday.I normally sleep at 3 a.m and waking up at 9 or 10 a.m.I think if it doesnt bother your sleeping hours, you should be fine.
