Hello. I use several different OS too, without a dual boot, but using virtual computers.
If you are using microsoft virtual PC, I suggest you to take a look to sun virtual box. For sure it run better with the non MS OS, (I wasn't beable to run any BSD OS on the MS Virtual PC) and is still a free virtualization software.
If you would like to use something that give you better performance, you can try VMware Workstation. Is not a free program, but I "guess" you can find it using a torrent search engine ;)
Have a nice time.

I used to previously. I had Windows XP SP2 and Ubuntu running on the same system. But some time later I had to format my hard drive and so reinstalled them. Now I run only Windows XP although I want to work on Windows 7 but I'm used to with XP for a long long time now.

I ever used dual OS, long time ago, when I have job as a network administrator. Linux and Microsoft Windows XP. But right now, I only use Windows as my O.S. But sometime, I run VMWare software to access Linux.
