This site is online since four or five years now. With a payout twice a month at $0.10 only, you don't risk anything to try, and you will see the results you can get with it : its disadvantage resides in that it pays only for t1 and a few t2 visitors. If your site is mainly targeted for visitors of a t1 country, it might be good.
