Diet?

What kind of food do you regularly eat? Are you a fast food junky or do you prefer eating good ole fashion home cooked meals? How often do you eat out if you do go to fast food places? I am one who likes home cooked meals; but, I also enjoy letting someone else cook and will hit a fast food restaurane once in a while.

I love all kinds of food and I am still not a fat one.I just know how much and what to eat and I practive a lot of sports.My most favourite food is chenese one but what I love most is to cook for somebody.When I know there is somebody who to try my meal cook with a lot of love.

You are luck that you are not affected by eating as much as you want. I have to watch what I eat. Chinese is my favorite too.

Good ole fashioned home cooked meals win every time lol. I love to cook at home for my family. We eat out maybe once a month, and it is nice to get to KFC or McDonalds for a treat and a break. Its said whats seldom is wonderful!! :)

I agree : Old Fashioned cooked meals are the best. It's hard, however, to cook meals for just one person..seems like an awful lot of work for just one person.

I eat Asian food daily. I love fast food especially In&Out, KFC & Carl Juniors. I went to these fastfood twice in a month. I am a food lover as long as it taste good.... I will eat it.

since no single food group can nourish the body with all the vital ingredients it requires,it is important that we consume a variety of health food to derive the nutrition our bosy needs.there are five main food groups they fruits,vegetables,cereals and pulses ,dairy,ppultry,fish,and meat products .a healthy balanced diet of these five food group ensures essential vitamins,minerals and dietary fiber.the food group serving size will depend upon various factor like age,activity,level,body size and gender.it is also important that one eat a varitey of foods from within and across the food groups.as some foods from within a food group provide more nutrients than others.

Believe it or not vikram... I learned all this in foods class when I was in about the 8th grade .. I believe or the freshman year of high school I think we even learned it in elementary school. Knowing what's healthy and actually sticking to it ..is a whole different ballgame.

i'm not very fond of fast food and i usually eating in the dinning room of my school.when i'm home i also eat home cooked meals.i think eating at school dinning room or at home there's a guarantee for nutritions.

I agree..home food is usually much better and much healther Foods cooked at the fast food restaurants are often loaded with transfats and grease and whatever else falls into the grease;) I must confess I eat the junk sometimes but am trying to get into a healthier life style
