What to do when rented referrals are not working?

we know that earn more when we have referrals but most of the time when they really are not interested, they would not work as hard as you do. I have rented referrals in one of the PTCs I joined but they are not working. I have invested in them because I thought renting referrals would make me earn more and faster. The sad thing is that when you rent referrals, you don't actually see or know who those referrals are. I don't get to talk to them and ask them to be more interested and work harder. I don't know what to do. Would I still be renting more? What if they are as lazy as the ones I rented before? Or should I not rent referrals anymore because it'll just be a waste?

Stop renting?
I personally do not rent referrals. I have read to much on the subject. And I agree with the "bot" theory. Sure some members have to do well...or they couldn't sell this idea to the rest of the members...but, I see WAY more people saying they are disappointed than I see people raving about their success.

For me choose until you get hard working referral if you found that is good then rent again.

I have rented referrals in neobux, and I don't know if they are all active or not, as I really don't check them. All I know is that I am having a hard time renting referrals as it is very tricky when you upgrade. I just keep trying to rent them when I can, as hopefully, they will help me in the end. I do have a very few referrals so I need to rent in order to have enough to do anything. Really though renting referrals is a real gamble as you never know if they will be active for you or not. If you want to rent then go ahead but you have realize that they might now work for you. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
