What hosting sites gives more value for your money?

hi pips, I saw the polldaddy ads and they do offer quite a low low price for hosting your domain...has anyone tried polldaddy? I know sitesell is a great website builder but it's quite pricey and as of now I can't afford it. What website builders are good but not pricey one that is google adsense friendly? Or one closely similar to sitesell. would love your help on this.
