You dance because you are happy? or first you become happy and you dance? which one is true. You sing first then you become happy? or you became happy and after that you sing? these are really had to answer..some secret is behind this.. we should think deeply from the heart.. write what you feel.. what is true...i really don't understand... my opinion is first we became happy.

Sometimes it depends on the mood I'm in. I can be upset and angry and start to listen to music, starting from angry, aggressive hard rock to something more upbeat as the mood gets better and from there possibly start to get happy and start dancing. Other times I can just be happy and dance....dancing makes me happy.

Hi, mzz, you can not figure out which comes first ! you believe in both. So you became happy first and then you will dance ! you said that... and latter on you said dancing makes you happy.

I think that first we must become happy to dance, or maybe it's not so much becoming happy as it is just a thing to do whilst busy doing other things. For instance, whilst we clean we can dance to have more fun cleaning or whilst in line at a grocery store we could boogey down if we wanted, though i doubt anyone would want to do that!

You can become happy with just listening to music or singing without dance. To show the happiness singing or just smiling whilst listening to the music.

Hi Vine, For me it's both! Dancing makes me happy. I love dancing and it's one of my stress management activities. it's a therapy for me. imagine as you dance you burn calories, at the same time you are enjoying it. Singing is another thing too. I can sing and at the same time dance too and be happy. There are times when some songs make me so sentimental so it affects my feeling and mood. i feel sad and lonely while singing. so it depends upon the kind of music you will play or sing! but definitely when i dance it's always a happy mode.

haha this is fun just because of the concept in topic. Yes the thought of happiness is contagious. Happiness is expressive all around and does not need analysis, it all happens at once and it does not matter what happens first its all about the moment of joy.

oh that happiness feeling comes about and soon the heart rate increases and before long one looses self control. Its necessary to maintain composure, but often we let things go and just enjoy the satisfying moment, smile real big, love to share the good news, sing lol, scream a big "Hell yea"

I sing to be happy, and sometimes I am happy that is why I sing. That same goes when dancing. But you know sometimes I am happy and i sing and when I found out what I am singing it makes me sad, maybe it is some of my themesongs when I found a broken heart. It can be both, it depends on your mood.

hi vine, i personally feel that we should be happy first to give a good dance or a sing. it's like that little spark that eventually energizes the whole engine. otherwise they, the dance and song, become lifeless, unemotional and boring. i don't think one can perform anything let alone a dance or a sing if one is too depressed.

Yeah I agree with you its like when I suddenly jump for joy whenever I watch my all time favourite basketball team win the championship or when I watch manny pacquiao fight in the ring. Its like a sudden burst of emotions that tends you to express how you feel about it.

I usually only dance if i am feeling happy. I enjoy hardstyle dancing and dont think i could do it if i am upset. But it does make me happy to dance, so i guess it could therefore be good to do if i am upset.

Dancing is fun and it can sometimes cheer me up if I'm having a bad day, I just crank up the music and move, Its very fun, and sometimes I dance because I'm happy so I'd say that I dance for both reasons just because I'm feeling happy and to make me happy it sometimes just depends.

Well that depends, sometimes I do my "Happy dance" & many times I like to dance the Safety Dance. Bt mostly, I dance because I am feeling the music and happy. I kinda danced in the car today at the traffic light and people were kinda staring at me.

I don't dance often usually because I physically can't really. (unless I'm in the swimming pool) But, usually I have to be in a good enough mood to want to. Which yeah I would have to say for me, being happy enough works. So happy then dance.

I like to dance and I do most of the time as a workout. Its really fun and you can burn calories at the same time. As for singing, well of course I do while Im dancing, it also burns up calories.
