In a first match in Muenchen a few day ago, Manchester United lost 2-1. Their fantastic striker, Wayne Rooney was injuried.
Today, Red Devil will get the second match at Old Trafford. Rooney is still injury but from the news that i have read, he forced to play. The other side, Bayern Munich got Robben back from injury. Nothing can stop Arjen Robben plus Franck Ribery.
Which team can go to semifinal???

Hi sumarlen,
It would be a tough fight. There is no clear indication from the first leg even though Bayern Munich won 2-1 there. At least Manchester United score an important away goal at A-Arena.
As far as I am concern, Arjen Robben was not on the plane to England due to his injury. But Germany team welcoming back their midfielder, Bastian Schweinsteiger, who did not play at the first leg because of suspension. I believe Bayern Munich will try to protect their lead by employing defensive tactics and rely on counter attack to look for a goal. But if Manchester United can score goal earlier then them, Bayern Munich tactics would switch to offensive. Like it or not they need to attack back and looking for at least a goal to equal the away goal scored. This would be interesting time because more space would be open and we might see a few more goals after that.
Manchester United, on the other hand, only need a goal to qualify. With a strong back line especially when they played at Old Trafford, it would be a tough test for Bayern Munich forward to break it. Unfortunately, Manchester United goal scoring machine is not able to play tonight. Without Wayne Rooney, Manchester United would rely on their midfielder to score since Dimitri Barbetov, Manchester United only experience forward available, can not do that job especially when the matter most. I believe there would be a lot of shoot from distance by them especially from Paul Scholes and Nani.
I hope we would be able to watch an interesting match between the top two team just like Barcelona versus Arsenal yesterday. And I love to see the Germany versus France in the semi final.
