career or stay-home mom?

Im a mom of 2 kids. My eldest is 3 yrs. old,and my youngest is 6 months old. Im a board passer and wanted to work to practice my profession. As of now i'm not working due to circumstances.We wanted to hire a nanny but thinking twice, i don't know if i can leave them to a nanny alone.Also, my daughter is G6PD deficient, im scare that the nanny might feed her something which is not appropriate for her. Should i wait for two more years before working again?? decisions...

I don't think it's wise, but if there aren't any other opsion, then you must hire the profesional and experience nanny. In my opinion, rise and taking care our children is part of our duty as a parent. Think again carefully for safety of your children. GBU.
