Will syclonead paylike trekpay?

Today I came across a site as like trekpay in all aspects.The minimum payout is $5.00 via paypal.I registered with the site.But not able to find more links to click as like in trek pay..How far do we trust and spend for the promotional activities..As the site is very new, no one can give any assurance about their payment..As like trekpay, they are also paying the members based on the revenue sharing. Please share your views about the site if you have registered with that.
