Why don't you try mixing the filters and effects up. That's what i do when i'm editing. I also use gimp. It has almost all the effects that photoshop has. I once created a sketch like picture using gimp. Also, search for tutorials on the web. When i was starting, i do that all the time.

Yes, I also use photoshop. Adobe softwares are great packages and the creativity is limitless when it comes to photoshop and flash. I use photoshop to create wallpapers, banners, thumbnails, posters etc. And I'm also learning to make animated websites so I use all three super packages of Adobe - Photoshop CS3, Flash CS3 and Dreamweaver CS3.

Adobe Photoshop is very broad to be mastered. There's a lot of techniques to be learned. But reading and watching tutorials on the web will make your learning faster. You should dedicate yourself to it for you to learn it. You are going to learn the different techniques one by one. It's important that you have a backup of the techniques coz sometimes there's a tendency for you to forget it. So just keep on practicing and keep on reading and watching tutorials. Have a nice day! Happy myLotting!

I am using Photoshop Elements. Photo editing requires lots of practice for you to learn. It would be easier too if you have tutorials. The internet provides tutorials that will help you in photo editing.

You could try searching videos on you tube. I use gimp, not as good as photoshop but with all the add on's added to it, it gets pretty close. I learned most of my techniques by looking how to do it on you tube, and found tons of ways to do tons of edits.
Good luck and hope it helps.

I've been using photoshop for several years now. I actually started with it back when the most recent version of it was photoshop 7 and now I've got photoshop CS2 installed on my computer. I'm waiting to get CS4 because I've heard that it is better but I've yet to have the money to buy it yet.
One of the best suggestions that I can give you about post processing when it comes to photos is to look online for tutorials. There are lots of really good ones that can really help you to make your photo something that is really special.

what exactly do you want to change about these pictures?
you can try of course search online some videos or other explanations, but it depends on what actions you have in mind
"extraordinary" includes plenty of things ;)
