Congrads Caps and Wings

Well seeing as this is the first time in the 3 years since they won the presidents cup that Buffalo has been back into the Stanley Cup Playoffs you will get a definite yes out of me on that. The Stanley Cup Playoffs are always exciting and dramatic, but so much more fun when your team makes it and has a chance to hoist it. I am glad that Direct TV and versus worked out whatever their issue was, otherwise I would of had to go to my parents to watch my team play not that it would be a bad thing, but I would have gotten home pretty late of those nights and there is no guarantee that my team's game will be shown seeing as it looks like both of our local teams barring a Philadelphia collapse will be in there this year my team still has a chance to be the 2 seed, but has a lock on at least the 3 seed so they will face either Philadelphia, Boston or Montreal unless one of them falls out in the last 3 games so I can't wait for it to start.

You know how I feel about my Wings, it will be the first time in 18 years that we won't have home ice advantage, but I doubt there will ever be another team that can say that, so it's our record for now. They just announced during this game that Homer is one of the 3 finalist for the Masterson Award and Lidstrum for the Messier..both deserving of them. It looks like Kronwall is really hurting..knee, he's kind of hobbling off the ice. Congrats to the Caps too, hope they know enough not to touch that trophy!! I am ready for the playoffs, the wings are in the freezer waiting to be cooked our first game..Jersies are washed and hangng at the ready..we are going to a 4 on 3..we're down one, so would be nice to score here.. .I can't wait..sticks crossed my babes are all still healthy coming into them!! The wings must bring me luck..celebrating anniversary 21 this fall, and still want to stay married..to this guy.

The canucks have been ready for the playoffs since a few days ago. Seeing that they wouldn't be able to move from no.3 in the west, I think they've taken these last games lightly. They're going to rest a few starters. Not sure yet if this is a good thing. I would think that we need all the momentum going in. Anyway, being in the playoffs 3 times in the last 4 season, I can't complain much. Hopefully, we get pass the second round this time. Oh yeah! I am ready!
