What's Career Development?

Career development I think has something to do with the goals that you are making to develop your career. It has something to do with the plans that we have and how we can materialize them. Some of the things included in career development are planning out the things that will make you better at what you are doing. I think it also has something to do with others things that will help you generate more income. I am a teacher by profession and one of the things that I did to develop my career is attend seminars that will make me better at what I am doing. In the sense about putting more money in my pocket, I have discovered about online teaching and I am also going to do that after my work hours in the school where I am teaching.
