Have you ever sunk into depressive mood for no specific reason? I have such a mood at this very moment. Actually, my job is busy enough for me to go through. I don't know how I turned myself into this emotional swings. However, I have an effective way to tackle this trouble caused by myself---"When in doubt or perplexed or depressive, pretend you know what you're doing and pretend you are happy". It is a theory I learned from a certain magazine about psychology I've read through. It sounds nonsense but it does work for me somehow.
Have you ever came across such situations? And how will you deal with the mood disorders?

I also sink into depression for no reason sometimes. Some days i'm really positive but sometimes i get depressed or angry so easily. I do believe pretending that you're happy works after all i think we do that all the time to some extend. If you drive golf and you see a new ferrari you might be envy and ask yourself is that person driving so much better than me or is he just a thief or has reach parents. World isn't fair and never will be if it's all about how much money you have. System tries to make us believe that the more we learn the more we'll have but it's not like that. Anyway what you said about making yourself think you're happy is a good idea because it's all in our heads after all. There will be ups and downs and one must learn to relax and cope with live. Have a great day, you'll feel better soon!

HI, Slovenc.
You are so nice. I'm better now. Generally, such depression always comes and goes fast. "I'm happy, I'm happy..." or "let it go, let it go..." say silently to myself hundreds of times, then I'll believe that I'm truly happy. It really works well. Sometimes, an idea will flush in my head "What a strange girl I am". ^_^
Anyway, thanks for your nice words and response very much.
Have good time and happy mylotting!
