Well, I would like to hear from you all here who like music! :)
If one of your favorite artist happens to stop by your country or your near by country to play live or have a concert, would you do anything to get their tickets or a trip to see them?
I have hear some people even work three part time jobs to buy the tickets and some would trade or sell their stuff to get the money to get a trip like maybe from one state to another to watch their favorite live.
As for me, i have never been to any of my favorite artist live but i hope someday i would be able to see them live those dedicated fans out there who would do anything to see their favorite artist live!
Well, lets discuss and share like maybe not you but your friends who did crazy stuff to see their favorite artist live! :)

nope. i wont do anything to see my favorite artist. its not practical. an anyway you can always see them in movies and newspaper. doing all things for you favorite movie star is like idolatry. that we should not do.

I have many favorite artist from music to movies and even TV shows. I do like an artist if they were able to entertain me and very talented. But I'm not the obsessive one that will follow their artist anywhere they go. I would like to buy tickets for a concert if I have funds but if I don't have then I wont go.
Artist are just humans like us only they are famous and much better talented than us. I wont waste my time following them around or do any crazy stuff just to get close to them.

This December, I am going to get on a plane in Denver and fly nearly 1000 miles to Chicago by myself for my favorite band, Kill Hannah's annual New Heart for Christmas weekend. I've never been to Chicago and none of my friends can really afford to go with me (a couple of them are trying to save money but nothing certain yet) so, as of right now, I'm going totally by myself. Once I'm there I'll be able to hook up with people I have met online through the band's street team/fanbase so I won't be alone the whole time, just going. It's a little crazy but I'm super excited.

I used to when I was younger ... but then I realized that they are people just like you and me - there's really no point in idolizing them: is someone really "better" than anyone else?
I've been to many concerts and usually the sound is better from a CD at home than live (the bigger the concert the worst the sound!), that's why everyone needs an awesome visual effect to have a successfull concert.
However it is good to go with friends and have a good time!
