Where do i change my preferances to mature content!??

hey all! i see that in a few discussions its written in bold that that particular content is of mature content and i can't see them. when i went to change my preferences to mature content i couldn't find it! pls help me to change it as i am missing out on some good comments in the discussions!

Go here: http://www.mylot.com/nr/editprofile.aspx and tick the box right at the bottom and then update the page.
