Don't give up. I know it is hard to work with people that you don't particularly like but you have to learn to just ignore them and focus on your work. Most of us are not wealthy enough to live without working or to own our own business. Anywhere you go there is apt to be someone that is hard to get a long with. Realize that you are not there to make friends but to work and get paid.

You'll be fine. It just sounds as if you are very sensitive. I am too. When I worked in an office there were so many women and some of them were just gossipy and mean. I had to learn to just ignore those that were like that. I liked my job and I was there to work and I just had to keep reminding myself of that. I'm sorry that you got fired. I hope you find another job and things go better for you this next time around.

i see. i find that we won't be never given help if there is no or enough gift in my hands.at the same time ,what we get is sympathy from the kindheated and we are bullied by the bad.will god smile to me if i smile to the god everyday? the gift in my hands is just smile.

you are right. i always think making friends more important than getting paid.i usually forget what my target is when i go to work everyday .i often have a headache for someone who i like bur is hard to deal with. after crying and crying or getting angry ,i was fired. i am not a lucky person, right?

In addition to that, you need to learn people skills (among others) before you can be effective in managing your own business. If you have a hard time handle in handling a few colleagues, you might get overwhelmed when your employees are all over you. We cannot always choose the people around us. But we can develop skills that can help us co-exist with them, and even make the working place an fun place to be.

we prefer to err in order to position ourselves appropriately to the work and to the environment arrount us. no matter how a job is the command to die, and we are made alive, and this is where conflict often arises. if not resolved properly, then the conflict will be long completion and will be outrageous. Okay, your boss likes to you, but he's not proven to be consistent with what he said. you have to be firm that it is not something you should think deeply. and about being the boss,.. maybe you should prepare early. and the process of becoming a boss who has a company, would require a tortuous struggle.

to match the problem, try to take the positive side that you've deemed worthy to become a wife, at least he never thought so to you. so you now probably need to open yourself to a wider audience. I think there is still much better than him, and you lived your selection. as a women, you just choose because they will come in droves. so are you waiting for, life can always be beautiful

Yes,a pity to be an employee! I think we study for 4 years in college then landed only on being slave of the company. It's is not good vision to the young generation that you only study to be a worker, it's Filipino mentality. But when you ask Chinese point of view, they study too become a boss of their company. The lesson here is we must change our ideal point of view after completing college.
