Original Content is very important regarding your website cause it helps you to attract traffic

Equally important is the fact whether you want a free website or a web page with with your own domain name. In that case you need to register with a web hosting company
There are various like word press, webs etc
benefits of having your own web page is many income opportunities is one of then
SO i would like blogger and website owners to come forward and discuss regarding making the cyberspace a better and intersting place

You seem to have most points covered. Content is key!
Blogs and website are the same to me, it is only a basic design difference.
Own domain name is essential IMHO but free advertless hosting is OK.
Most income generating schemes don't materialize.
Ask yourself: Will my visitors be my mum and the cat? If yes, don't waste your time and our bandwidth.
