Referral Deals

I've found a couple of forums for referral deals. Of course they are the top 10 searches at google. Do you personally found out any other forum which allows posting Referral deals? (a referral deal is like this: Be my referral at this PTC and for every 20 clicks I will send you 0.10$ at your paypal) Thanks :)

Oh that was you. Yeah but if I didn't tell you that no one would join. No? I was just saying that you have competition and if you only paid 5cents for people to join I think I would win. Now you know. My comment just helped you out.

i have seen some of them and heard too...but i have not been the dealer...nor the referral of any such progm....i have seen may attractive offers like i will give 50% of ref earned money etc etc...but i dont know how effective they are?
