something wrong with the programme or....?

In the morning I had posted a discussion saying " is it difficult for you to..." under question & answers; and as usual submitted it. Now when I again went to the "discussions started " I find it shows that I have started 2 discussions with the same topic!! How can it be so when I submitted only once, and not only that in one it shows as 1 response and in the other it shows 7 responses!!! - is there a flaw somewhere? Have any of you had this similar experience? Hope admin notes this- I am using firefox for yr info. thanks
