How did you check if the ptc/ptr is legit and reliable?

Clickers like me and you have to be very diligent nowadays before joining in ptc/ptr.. this is for us not to waste our time and money on that site, as well as your direct downlines you have recruited in that ptc/ptr.. these downlines trusted you first than the site you both entered.. so, it is very critical to learn and review the ptc/ptr first before joining.. In my case, I learn how to review the site if its reliable by the following steps: 1. I check in whois lookup - to check when it was created and the owner of the site. The longer the site aged the sustainable it might be and the owner/s are not related in any scam site before. 2. Search Google for complaints and reviews - no complaints about payouts the better and most reviews are positive. 3. The site has forum - to review complaints of members and how active/fast the admin to resolve the issue. 4. Rank in Alexia is high - more people online are trusted the site. 5. Investigate in TOS and FAQs - if the site is consistent on what they promise to members. These are few of what i'm doing in being skeptical before joining.. we have to learn from the past experience of other people active on online business..
