Do You Refresh Often?

I have to say whenever I'm on some sites like here or FaceBook, I find I have to refresh my sessions often because my computer slows down.
I've been running some utilities that clear up my temp memory, but seems like I have to do it more and more often.
Do you have the same problem when you are online? What do you do? Do you have a utility that you run? or do you just reboot?

Well I do not refresh very often if any of the pages takes a long time to show up.I think the speed of opening up of a particular page depends on the amount of traffic to that site.I compare by opening some other site and if I find that site too is slow in opening up I may refresh my session.
And you are right in saying that deleting the temporary files helps in improving the speed of opening up all the applications in the pc.

Sometimes I restart the PC when it's getting slower. I don't know anything about the programs or how to make it fast. I just turned it off and restart when I think that the site I'm loading seems to hang.

no i dont... actually your processor is slow.. or ur ram is not enough... another reason could be... u need to reinstall ur os... because ur computer is having viruses... install a good antivirus... scan and clean ur computer... then reinstall the windows...

You refresh often because of your processor. If your processor is slow + you are multitasking, higher possibility for hanging. There is a possibility that you have over loaded your memory. Meaning your free space is very little, thus slowing your computer. Facebook however, has its own bugs, if you don't like the bugs, don't go there anymore. Try turn of chat in facebook, it exponentially speeds up everything.
