Did you lose some dollars on paypal for a victim of hacking?

recently I seen a discussion thatas a friend was once a victim of hacking ,he lost about 80 dollars on paypal and some of her emails were erased .
I never meet this kind of problem . my password of chatting tools was attacted .
but I never lost anything .
what about your paypal ,is it safe ?

I feel like my paypal is safe. I have not been hacked anywhere that I know of. I have experienced phishing for information, but I am careful about what I do online. When I suspect fraud I report it as well.

My husband andI have been using the same paypal account for almost as long as paypal has been around and we've never had a problem with it at all. We have had a couple of different opportunities to transfer money out of paypal and into our checking account and that has always gone well and we've also had no hurdles with getting money out of our checking account and into our paypal account. Additionally, we've linked our other email addresses to our paypal account as a convenience and that has caused no issues either.

it is really sad to hear that some paypal members are losing money from hackers. but i guess my account is safe, my money is safe with paypal.
