i go to xinema to see a few days before , maybe you have already seen it before , it is so terrible that our earth is up against , in now days , many thing happied in our life , exmple ; the earthquake in Haiti and Indonesia and many other place , in our country in china we went through snown drought and flood , it is so terrible that make have to think that the 2012 will come . i hope that it is not ture , what do you think of 2012. let us share your opinion . ( ? o ? )

I have seen the movie 2012. It is prediction made by some dooms day prophet. It is a figment of someone's weird imagination. I do not believe it.

Ah yes. I for one believe that it is possible to happen that the earth will be affected by some activity of the sun. After all, stars die and are reborn. It is the natural order of things. However, i am not sure if it is possible that the sun can cause a change of the earth's polar axis. After all, just think about it. If there is going to be such a drastic change in the earth, then that means, something drastic will also happen in the other planets. Who knows what the effects of that would have on earth as well.
The concept of the world ending in 2012 was probably derived from the belief that the world ends because the calendar of the Mayans stops on the year 2012. Thus it is assumed that the world would also end.
Basing in the Bible, it tells us that before Jesus comes again, also known as the end of the world, there will be greater sins committed by people and there will be earthly catastrophes. These are the signs of the end times. Thus, we can say that the end is near. However, no one knows if it will happen in 2012.
