gptcashcow.com turned scam?

it seems gptcashcow.com turned scam as it is down for more than a week. when i am trying to open its showing broken link. i made 2$ there and got 3 referrals. you have any information regarding that? it turned scam?

Check out this discussion.. http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2291752.aspx I am from the United States...and I am having no problems. But, for many countries they are not being able to even access the site

I am from the united kingdom and I have had no problems logging on to the site from here. Sorry to hear about your trouble.
