when do you usually sleep at night and how many hours you sleep a day?

The health reports says that it is important for human being has plenty of sleep.The amount of sleep time depend your age,infants needs more than 16hours,preschooler need at least 11 hours,and most school age children need at least 10 hours a day,by the teenage years,9 hours of sleep a night is usually adequant.for most adult,7 to8 hours a night seems about right. And the best time for sleep and for your health,as i know,is begin before 23:00.and the most important time for sleep is 23:00 to 1:00. But for me.as a college student,i feel that there are many things i should learn and i can not finish my work before23:00 and satify a 9hour sleep a day.Also i enjoy the midnight,the surounding is so quiet and accompany with a cup of coffer,listening my favorite music and read some books,how wonderful.However,when i think that stay up late and all night is bad for my health and my skin.i will suffer a conflict in my minds. How about you,when do you go to bed every night,can you sleep enough a day and how do you think the health and sleep.

I've since got sleep deprivation which means i'll be lucky if i even get 6 hours of sleep i usually am finally asleep by 4:30 am deeply asleep by 9:00 am awake by 12 am funny thing is when i wake up i feel 3 times worse and end up getting headaches, dizziness and general daytime fatigue

i usually sleep around 9-10 pm, because my school starts at 6.45 am, and traffic usually heavy, so i have to get up around 4.30 am :D

i sleep at 10pm or 11 pm or sometimes late but still i managed to wake up on the same everyday, no matter how late i slept... i woke up the same time, i try my best to sleep 7 hrs a day....

I only sleep for about 5 or 6 hours a night.I usally go to bed pretty late like around 12 or 1 am and wake up around 6 or 7 am usally well sometimes I snooze for an extra 2 or 3 hours lol. But thats usally the time I go to bed at night time but I also take naps during the day for an hour or two But I really dont count that.

normally when have a school tomorrow i sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 4:30 am to prepare for school, but when i dont have class i sleep at 12 and wake up at 7 am, i want to have at least 6 hrs sleep

Hello wxx8899 me too always try to sleep at night atleast for minimum 7 hours but mine hardluck, a few times doesn't get enough sleep at night resulting in daytime sleeping and degradation in health.Yeah its fact that if we sleep during day time we lose our daytime energy requirement and our health gets degraded.But still on holidays when get too much stressed use to have 1 hour nap in noon after lunch its good or health.In rural areas there is practice that one should never be awak during night and never should take a nap during daytime.Anyways keep it up, and wish you luck.Happy mylotting.

I usually sleep in night at 11 or 12 .. and i take 7-8 hours sleep in a day.. i think.. 7-8 hours sleep is sufficient for a person.. but mostly persons take only 4-5 hours sleep in a day..

It depends actually. Sometimes i stay up late, sometimes i sleep early. When i stay up late, it's because i'm surfing the net. Lol. The shortest i've slept is three hours but i usually sleep eight hours.

i usually go to bed at 1 am.but it's depending of situation and condition,some people say sleep 8 hours a day it's recommended for good health,but according to me,quality of sleep is more important.if i have good sleep,not agitatet when sleep and can sleep more deep.it's better than long time for sleep but bad quality

I usually sleep around 00:00 hours. Up to 07:00 so around 7 hours of straight sleep. I think it is enough to get me energy for the day.

Its said that atleast 8hrs of sleep is recommented to all people to maintain good health. As per the saying 'Earlier to bed and Early to rise is good for health', everyone need to follow this if they are not working in shifts. I usually sleep at 10 and woke up at 6 in the morning. I think this will make myself brisk all the day after 8hrs of regular sleep.

I have read an article,it said:we should go to bed at 9:00,and you should sleep at 10:00,11:00 to 1:00 is the most important time to get in deep sleep. But in fact I always sleep at 12 o'clock,I konw it's bad for my face and my health,but has become a habit...

As for me, I'm an adult and according to your explanation, I need to take at least 7 hours sleep each day and this is exactly what I've been doing. Enough sleep makes me feel refreshed and energetic the next day. As I have to get up early every morning to go to work, I usually go to bed early at night, around 10p.m. I know you got lots of work to do at hand as a student, but let me advise you not to reduce your sleeping hours too much. After all, health is the most important.

It is totally depend upon my work routine. I love to watch television till late night and also I have some friends staying abroad so I have to wake up till late night to chat with them so around 1am or 2 am I go to sleep and I have to get up early around 6 am in the morning, but as per the health concern I should sleep 7-9 hour per day

The time I go to sleep varies but I usually get between 6 and 8 hours. I've discovered, throughout my college experience, that I can function fairly well on about 2 to 4 hours and from between 6 and 8 but anything between 4 and 6 and I'm kind of a zombie the next day. I guess, from that, that it takes me about 4 hours to complete a full sleep cycle...although that doesn't explain how I can function on 2 or 3 hours *shrug*

When I dont have enough sleeps, I noticed that there wasnt a glow in my face and it seems that i was so tired. Also I cant focus on what i am doing when I dont have enough sleep. You are right, it is very important for a person to have a complete sleep and good sleep cycle because our body will suffer if we usually sleep late.

I agree that we all need plenty of sleep. It makes our whole system rest and regain energy for the next day activities. As for experience, now that I am in my early 30's I am getting low resistance to sickness, and sometimes sleeping long hours gets my body system repaired and get back into good shape again. My sleeping hours are not the same everyday. It depends on my daily activities. But usually, it's around 10 pm until 6 - 7 am.

for my own opinion i don't think my i sleep at night at a range of 8-9 hours. when i have a work i used to slept at 11 to 17 hours a day i don't care even if i take my breakfast or lunch because its important to take a good rest of your body. well if my work is everyday i sleep 7 hours and i take many water and food to gain more energy. :P
