I had such a wonderfull day. I got into trouble after my girls came and complain of the boss who yelled at them and he even went so far as to swear at them. After i took him on, i got such a nice warning. I signed, but as the old temper realy took hold after that, i tore it up in front of him and told him to shove it. The poor thing almost fainted. Now, tell me i am wrong or should i teach him some more manners on monday?

HI sweetie!
Are you trying to catch the bull by horns.....lol!
Boss is boos baby, it would be better not to disturb him.
It is like living in water and making crocodiles your enemy,
sweetie. Be prepared to face the music, a boss has more power
than the subordinates

Hello saph,
Some bosses are rude I believe that they think they step on everybody's right when they think its a lower post, and its not actually right, bosses have to be pleasant dealing with her/his employee as without the lower post he/she cannot be in his position,I'm into you saph, you did the right thing and manner to him..He needs to understand how it feels to be disgrace.
Smile now,get him out of his office on monday and teach him about his manner and right conduct!

i just saw this post...
you're not wrong dear if you stand up for your rights. but in terms of company policy, some things that you may feel like doing to your boss may get you in a bit of trouble.. try what i did. when one of my ex-bosses downright pissed me off, i pulled a major prank that was totally embarrassing on him. i heard from some of my ex-colleagues that he's still wondering who put all those paint balloons in his car... :)

Hi, Saphrina, that's really bold to stand up against your boss.I have never expected any boss not gifed to yell at employees, but that's just for business and no personal assult happens, that's fine, he might be telling the truth, but the yelling rises to personal humiliation with rude words, then I think it's really time to question the boss' personality.

ocean tiara's right, why don't you report that to the higher, or, let's say, the department responsible for such issues like the human resource department... i did that before when my former female boss used to yell at me in every minor mistake... we don't really get along well and so i moved to another team/department... never will i quit just for her... but sometimes it's also hard to tell especially if you can't focus on your job just because of someone unethical... just keep praying....
