Hello to all!=) Yeah I depend sometimes, when I just have a very important appointment..well honestly I depend on my grandmother to wake me up every time lol=) I don't know it's just that I don't trust my alarm clock very much!-because I'm sleeping like I never slept for hundred years-so deep..=) I had this bad experience wherein I set the alarm and everyone in the house heard the ring yet I'm still in my dream land undisturbed..lol=) How about you guys? Do you depend on your alarm clocks??? why and why not??=) Thanks and God Bless to all=)

Yes. I depend on my alarm clock. It's important for me to set it up at night so i'd wake up early in the morning. Without it, i wouldn't be waking up in time at all.

Yeah, I really depend on my alarm clock. Whenever I have something important to do or somewhere to go in the morning, I set my alarm three times, and I see to it that it rings every 10 minutes. I can wake up when the first alarm rings but I am too tired to wake up that I go back to sleep again, that's why I set it three times. But whenever I don't have some important business in the morning, I just sleep and sleep and sleep until I wake up by myself. Yes, I depend on my alarm clock because without it, I will not be able to wake up and I am ashamed to ask my dad to wake me up. I am sure he will complain. But whenever I don't have an alarm clock, like when my cellphone has no battery, I just pray and ask God to wake me up, and He does wake me up better than my alarm clock.

Hi kharlav!=) I think that's the very nice part of it..sleep and sleep until you wake up lol..I just love that feeling..=) Well back to our topic- yeah snoozing your alarm..that's very effective I agree=) Why am I not ashamed of my grandmother to wake me up??? I wonder???lol =) Yeah I've tried it too! Praying to God to wake me up and it's 100% effective I should say..better than the alarm clock..=) Thanks and happy mylotting..=)

I actually have TWO alarm clocks. I have a conventional alarm clock, and I also have one on my cell phone. I have them set to go off at about the same time, and I keep them away from the bed, so that I have to get up to turn them off. Otherwise, I would never get up on time. LOL

I sometimes depend on alarm if am tired to wakeup in the morning. but then its very nice to use the snooze mode to enjoy the morning sleep. But if practice to get up at particular time regularly then our system will adapt to it and even though we try to extend our sleep, cant do it. The Alarm in our brain will wakeup you and make you brisk after that. So in that case there is no need of Alarm coz we already have enough alarm in brain.

no i dont, i wake up normally coz my eyes just wake up maybe because i normally wake up in the same time everyday so it becomes my habit already. i dont have alarm clock and i find it very noisy that i might disturb anyone whose still sleeping. like what i have with my room mate before, its like im still in the middle of my sleep then all of a sudden i wake up due to the loud alarm clock that will wake up everyone in the building.

I depend on my alarm clock to wake up on time every morning. I only turn off my alarm when I don't have work the next day. I just can't wake up on time by myself, and I also hate bothering other people just to wake me up. Also, based on my experience, my alarm clock is more reliable than people here in the house because they tend to oversleep like I do.

I only use an alarm clock if I have somewhere to be at a certain time. But the majority of the time I just wake myself up. Usually around 6:30 or 7:30am most mornings. I don't like to sleep for long hours at one time.

I use my cellphone/s as alarm clock + conditioning before I sleep. I do this because it is routine, if I don't set an alarm, I will wake up at 11-1pm

when I hve a important appointmen, sometimes I don't need the alarm clock to wake me up. But if I remind myself that I am free next morning, maybe I can sleep for a whole day.

I'm not a morning person,so its very hard to get me to wake up, and get up. I depend on a double alarm, and a good swift kick.

I only have to set my alarm clock if I have to be up before 8am. After that my baby or my husband will wake me up. My baby wakes up almost every morning at 8 and wants to be fed. I've slept through alarms before, when it was a radio alarm clock. I have one now that beeps. I never sleep through it, but it SCARES me awake, and I wake up with my heart pounding. Thats a horrible way to start the day.

Hi nonersays! Wow I wish I have that personal "cute" alarm as well.. I hate loud alarms too I don't feel like it's a very humane way to wake up someone with his/her heart pounding because of nervousness....I agree with you! Thanks and Happy mylotting..=)

I depend on the alarm clock in my cellphone. Every night I set it to wake my up in the morning. Every morning when it rings, I could turn it off in ten seconds. Then I often fall asleep again. But when there's something really important to do in the next day, I always awake five or ten seconds before the alarm clock rings, which is quite miraculous!

Hi Simon1223=) Lol! That's cool! maybe because your mind is set to wake up at that specific time..but it's really amazing I agree with you..=) Maybe I'll try that myself to see if it works for me too! lol Thanks and Happy mylotting..=)

I don't depend with anyone to wake me up. I depend with my alarm clock but not always. I always set my alarm clock however, most of the time I wake up earlier before even the clock alarms. It's funny because when I need to wake up on a certain time it seems like my brain and body is programmed that I need to be awake on that certain time. Even if I'm in a deep sleep if I need to wake up let's say at 4 a.m. I will automatically wake up at least 15 - 30 minutes before the time that I'm supposed to wake up. That's the reason most of the time I don't need the alarm clock or anyone else to wake me up. I'm not insomniac and whenever I sleep it's really a real good and deep sleep. I'm just not sure why it's normal for me to wake up 15 - 30 minutes before the time I have set for the clock to alarm. I don't know if there's anyone else her in Mylot like me. hahaha!

I dont. I have my own biological clock, for some reason when its already time like 7am or even earlier i tend to wake up on my own, even without anyone or any device helping me out. Hey if you ask me its a good thing, i mean most people are having problems waking up every morning
