When I was young at age I missed so much what I used to do daily. I learned from my parents how to catch fish and collect shells in the sea.I know how the boat to be sailed on the water and its enjoying. Those times as you are in the middle of the sea there you can sea many groups of fishes in different sizes and its fun to see them swimming high and low in the sea. As I throw my bait , in a few minutes it moves and it means the fish was caught and I pull the tie then got the fish so movable and could bot handle how to let it put on the boat. As years gone by the sea before is not the sam today. Seldom we sea fishes in groups now, also big fish swimming high and making sounds. As more people living many fishes also gone. The wrong doings of some men also the factor that they are rare to see as this time. Very nice to t let it come again but sad to say that it will not happen anymore. Now a days fisherman getting hard time to catch plenty of fish all are gone. Do you have also good memories like mine? I will be grateful if you also share w/ me some of it.

Hi geniustiger, it's really interesting to read the description how happy those earlier days you and loved ones having the joyous fun on the sea. Though I haven't experienced such great fun watching and fishing on the boat I still could imagine the great pleasure sailing on the vast and black-blue water. What's more there are shoal of fish of different sizes and varieties moving in the rocky crystal blue seawater freely It's rather sad that nowadays the seas are polluted severely with the chemical toxic wastes mostly from the factories. The most serious cases are the horrid spew of oil from the leaking oil well happened in Mexico Gulf as well as followed by another oil well blast recently. It's huge pity that countless of marine creatures and organisms have lost their habitats And this of course this will affect the breeding of the marine organism seriously. That's why the amount of fish getting less as well nowadays. There was a big tamarind tree in the compound where we lived during my childhood. The baby fruit of the tree was really delicious. The young fruits were usually available on the top branches most of the time. It's quite troublesome for a little girl to get the pod using a long and heavy bamboo rod. I saw my elder brother climbing up the tree skillfully and I envied him. I tried to climb up the tree but in vain. After observing the way he climbed I finally could get up to the tree finally after many trials. It's really a huge fun to sit on the top of the shaky branch when there was gentle breeze. I enjoyed eating the baby tamarind pod and watching the landscapes around at the same time. Sometimes bird nest with eggs in it was available among the small branches. It's really fun to watch the mother bird sitting on the eggs. Baby birds were hatched after some time. I loved the little birdie without feathers and surely I wouldn't take away them. The father bird playing his role as a guard sitting somewhere near to the nest monitoring the safety of his family. Nowadays due to the development there are less trees around. Many huge trees are fallen to have constructions built on land. It's so sad that many downtown areas are available with huge and high buildings and the melodious bird chirping which are quite familiar to me are no longer heard in the apartment area in the busy downtown area. Happy posting
