Absurd Paid To Click TOS's

As many of you know, I have been doing these for a very long time. And I am always looking for promising sites. But, lately I have been running into the most absurd TOS's.
Many new sites are placing rules in their terms of service that will be very surprising at cashout. So be sure to read them along with the FAQ's. Some are just the admins being petty, such as. You can't even mention a competing site...what good are forum signatures then? Or you have to post proof of each payment in order to receive your next payment...these are just the admins showing their insecurity about their sites.
Then there are the ones that say you must upgrade before cashing out. Other say you must refer members in order to be considered active. Other say you must buy advertising with them in order to cashout.
And then there is the latest trend of having your referrals click 10 times your amount before you can cashout...example payout is $1.00 and you have clicked 100 ads...your referrals would of had to clicked on a 1000 ads or you can't cashout.
So,please take the time to read all TOS...better to find out early...than to waste time clicking and not being able to cashout.

TOS is the contract. When you register and tick the "I agree" field is like signing a contract.
You agree of course that the site can make any change any time without even warning you.
So yeap. Read before you sign up. Because as my father used to say: Watch out where you put your signature and your.... (you know)

The ironic clause in most TOS is that the owner reserves the right to change the TOS at any time!
So even if the site started out genuine you could still end up screwed later on unless you read the terms every day (which of course we all do, don't we?) haha

Almost all of the newer ones coming out. Just be sure to read the FAQ's and TOS and any posts in the forum from the admins(usually the welcoming post).
The one that prompted this discussion was hannabux.....in TOS it says you have to post your proof every time in order to get your next payment...but it doesn't say that on the forum or FAQs....it is hidden in the TOS.....the place that most members don't even read.

How about listing those that do pay and do not resort to all the tricks that are so common now? I would gladly sign up under you if your referral links were listed here.

This is a very important point you make here and it shows that we really need to read between the lines before we go in headlong.
Personally, i sometime just skim through TOS's but now i know better.

This isn't pertaining to one site. This is about new sites in general.

I have noticed that some of these requirements are ridiculous and just go to sites that people have rated as good or go to the website called legit sites to find the legit sites. Still no guarantees for your efforts.. I always am seeking ways to increase income. Thanks for the info.

Your welcome. At least there are enough older programs that are still paying. So we can just leave most of these new ones alone.
Have a great weekend!

I always did hate reading small print. T_T But I always do because I know in some ways, some how, I'm gonna get screwed over if I don't.
Why does it have to be so small? :(

And why do they feel the need to keep adding insane measures...in order for you to cash out?
