Please offer me an Online Jab...

India
April 9, 2010 5:24pm CST
I'm so hopelessly work-less! That shows in the fact that I'm starting so many discussions instead of replying. Well, it's not my fault. Soon I have to go to the world outside and live at its mercy So need some pre-training courses. What better than online? Returning to main topic, I need a jab. That is it. Simple and short. Hopefully to help me. So many senior people here, with all the experiences. Surely they could give me a jab? at least some advice... Note: All responses are welcome. You are my angels

Honest reply to honest question: I just want to grab attention!! But that's not the only purpose of this post. I would like to have some valuable advices and suggestions from my dear friends about earning prospects. Though the area could be wider, keeping it related to the interest is expected. And you see it's make extra money. Can be on any line!

Asking about any online job? What I mean by any line is whether online or offline. Anyway, not just any online job. Must be decent.. Some general advices which would make me more presentable to the world of business.

I am a microworker, but they have strange tasks most of the time and payment too isn't appealing to me. So I lost the road.... I'll see other one though. Thanks for reply

if you mean a job... pff if you start from scratch it would probably take you too long untill you could actually make enough money, and way too long untill you could make enough to suport yourself :) and about those work from home offers i would stay away :)

dear hora fugit, you definitely need a jab to get a job. how about that? first, you should make several copies of your resume (make it impressive but do not lie). dont be afraid to talk to people (managers, supervisors, etc. especially people in the hiring department). be charming and answer truthfully their questions. avoid bad mouthing anyone you have previously applied but which unluckily did not choose you. and also, be positive all the time. if you are not chosen in one company, maybe a new prospect would be much better. keep your hopes high everytime. good luck, ann

Hi hora fugit, What on earth is a jab? I'm completely new here, I know nothing. Are you a Latin scholar? I ask because of your name.

Welcome to myLot first of all! Just before starting this discussion, I looked up the meaning of 'jab' in dictionary to be sure. It means... well! I won't define it. Each one have their own perceptions My sister deals with many languages, I just stole the name from her!
