Eat or not eat

I realise I need to lose weight. I want to be slim that I will be much more beautiful and wear pretty clothes.
But the thing is that it is hard for me to refuse food. Sometimes I eat a lot even though I am not so hungry. When I was upset, I would think of eating food and I donot konw why. Do you have any good way to overcome it?

DISCIPLINE is what you need. From my experience, that was the key to success of slimming down. I was overweight 6 years ago. But now, I'm on Normal status. No matter how tempting food is, you should learn to resist those. I know what you are feeling, but its really your choice to achieve your goal. Set some motivations, like look for pictures of the body you want to be. Then everytime you see food, always keep in mind that you are supposed to lose weight. Also be conscious of your calorie intake. And the most important of all, EXERCISE. Don't be a couch potato.

I like the word 'discipline' you adviced to me. Yes, discipline is very important in our aspects of life. especially it is important to girls.
My situation is I can not consist it. For some days, I can control my mouth and eat less. Some days I can not resist food. So my weight will be change a lot in a few days. That is terrible.
You said the method of using body pictures. Well, I donot think it will be useful to me. Maybe in the beginning several days, it works. Then I will ignore the existing of that picture. I always comfort myself that just once. It is a vicious circle.
