swimming or biking.... which is more beneficial to our health

both have advantages and disadvantages, but the main thing is both are for healthwise reasons.

to be honest i don't know how to swim and to use bike...but i am so eager to learn in swimming because health wise swimming is really good for habit..and for me its a great way to control your weight..and gives great advantage to your heart. As far as this sport uses almost all major muscles groups and places a vigorous demand on your heart and lungs. its better than any training machines usually use only one group of muscles. Swimming also improves your circulation and increases energy, you wont feel tired after you swim and noticed it gives improvement in your health.

basically both has its advantages, i like swimming because it uses all muscle groups in our body, cardio workout can be established well in swimming, it may not be as simple as walking but it does its purpose, now for the biking it is my second option though it is very good in cardio workout it does not use all muscle groups but it is still very beneficial to our health plus you can go the different places while doing the exercise, experience different challenges and explore new places.....
