Are you in Glee Club? cheerleading squad? Dance Troupe? Chess Club? Student Government? Girl/Boy Scout? marching band? Football/Basketball/Soccer team?
....there are lots to choose from.
So what club did you joined and why?
During my high school days, I was a member of the Dance Troupe. I love to dance and perform, and being in that club helped me developed my self-confidence and had a chance to improve and showcase my talent. I was able to perform in many school activities.
I also joined another club called CMLI (Children's Museum and Library Inc.) It is made up of students from all levels who participated in conventions and seminars about youth leadership, social and environmental awareness, discussions and forums of the youth today. It was a great experience for me, to meet different people and be able to share and hear ideas from different perspectives.
These two clubs I joined was the best part of my high school life.
I met new friends from different levels, helped increase my self confidence and learn and grow with every experience I learned outside the classroom.
How about you?
Share your experiences.

Just kidding.
You really seem to be good with interacting with people, and your job suits you. I'm glad you found true happiness and contentment in what you do. Traveling and the other perks of your work are just the added bonus. You deserve what you have now, miss francisco, coz I see you as a natural, kind-hearted person. No amount of fame and fortune and the glitz of showbiz could add up to what you are now. Keep up the good work!

Hi msf,
Wow! you're a talented gal! I agree with you, being in these clubs help a student gain more self confidence and develop their potential talents that can be used in the future. Show business, really?! Too bad you didn't accept, if you did, then I will have a celebrity friend!

Hi jenny,
Wow! I agree with mimiang, you must be very talented to be in glee club and still considering joining a dance club. Good for you! I wish I knew how to sing too. Do you watch the tv show Glee? It's really fun and entertaining to watch, and they are very talented kids too. they can sing and dance at the same time. I bet you could, too.

Oh, you don't have to be popular to join any club in school. They are open to everyone, and I think it's really a good idea to explore and have fun and meet new people. Studying can be stressful, but being in clubs as an after school activity can be refreshing. Thanks for sharing, though.

Hi jiraiyasanin,
That's an interesting club! it sounds so..futuristic and cool. I used to play with Lego when I was a child. I didn't know you could make a robot out of it, and can do skills too. That's what's good in joining a club that interests you, it's like playing and having fun, but still learning and growing in the process.

I was in our Drama club. It was a great experience! I learned so much from putting those shows together, seeing how much time and effort went into every step of the process and the acting part was fun as well.

Hi savannarose,
So you love to act? That's great! I also love performing onstage, but in the form of a dance, not acting. I admire acting performances, you could see everyone has a put a great effort in it and it always turned out great. It's important that you've learned and had fun in the experience.

Hi princess! I was a member of Chess Club in highschool. I was also competing for Intramurals in chess. I was almost been a grandslam champion in chess, I just failed to nail it on my third year, I only got second place. Well maybe I lost the championship match, because the classmate of my opponent who used to have crush on me kept on staring at me, that's why I lost my concentration. Lol! When I was in fourth year, I was became a varsity and competed in different events like division meet. Well, it's good to know that you have joined two clubs and it was really been a great experience for you. Have a nice day! Happy myLotting!

hi mark,
Wow chess club! I'm impressed for those who play chess. I couldn't even understand it! You need brains and concentration in playing it. Too bad you got distracted because of your admirer. To be a varsity and compete in events, you must be a great chess player. Good for you!

Hi mimiang,
You must be a spiritual and socially aware person. That's a good thing. I too, had been a member of a club similar to rotaract where we had discussions with speakers, forums, community and social activities. It's a great way to meet new people and learn outside the classroom.

When I was in high school there was no such a thing as high school clubs, therefore I didn't join any
In case of having existed, I think I wouldn't have joined any either, as I prefer not to think of school when the lessons are over

hi madteaparty,
Oh, too bad there are no clubs in your high school. It's not that bad, these are also called extra curricular activities and being in these clubs help me not to think about school. They were great experiences for me.
