Do You Always Submit Tag or Skip Every Post Your Comment?

as much as possible i always place a tag but if there are already a lot of tags added to the discussion and i can't think of any other tag to add then i no longer add any.

first ridwan I want to say skipping tags will not affect our earnings as we do not earn when we use or not use them,, they are according to a dmins a way to track down discussions, well I use them on all discussions I start, and on some responses too but not all the time, and not if the one I wanted to use is already out there, why make a duplicate? we do not earn on putting tags on, so it up to us to tag or not to tag, I do it when I see I can help but not when there are a ton of other appropriate tags. not tagging will not decrease my earnings as we are not paid for tags at all.

I always add tags, as the first responder said, I was told when I joined to post them to improve earnings. I always try to think of the maximum amount of tags (10) for the post. It is not that hard either, I just take key words from my response. =P

I also use tags in my responses and discussions because in way it has something to do with the earnings here. When I was still new to mylot, I used to disregard the tagging part and just posted responses. Needless to say how long it took me to get to the payout.

I always make sure that I add tags after I comment on a discussion. There is nothing wrong to add tags and it is just three or four words so it is just automatic for me to do them. As I understand it, tags help in finding topics a mylotter would want to search so they could help all of us.

I submit tags EVERY time!!! I was taught when I first came to myLot that skipping the tag could possible cause us to lose earnings. Since it's NOT that difficult to add a tag, I made it part of my process of creating & responding to discussions. Now without even thinking about it, I automatically add tags.

Depend on the discussion, if the tag didn't match I will give it a new tag.But I really-really rare to do that.In my opinion, that is the right of the discussion maker to used that tag.But for my own discussion, I will always submit a tag.Cause it's help us to get more comment, also it's help Mylot to get visitor from search engine.

Yes. Every time I post in MyLot, I add tags. I want my post to be easily found later, by me and by others who are looking for related information. I realized that when I need to get back to an old topic I have read here in MyLot. Maybe the poster did not include tags, I cannot find it and gave up looking for it. You see? That's how important putting tags in every post.

hi ridwan, sometimes i do, sometimes i don't. it depends a lot on what the discussion is. tagging would allow me to return to the same discussion i want to follow such as a topic of my interest.

I add tags when I can, as sometimes it is hard to come up with the proper keyworeds to tag, as if it gets tagged wrong, then when someone would do a search, then something else would come up instead. I usually try to tag as much as possible though. I know they are important, but we don't have to tag unless we feel that we can put the proper tag. I have skipped tagging many times, as I couldn't come up with the proper words to use for the tags. We don't earn for them anyway. really, all it does is help to find discussions easier is all. Well if I make a discussion, I usally add every tag that I can think about in the discussion. But, if I only post or replying other discussion, I never post a tag on the discussion, it just a constant skip. I think the one who should make the tag is the discussion creator only because he / she is the one that own the discussion. At least, that what i think.

I rarely submity tags for my discussions. I know submitting tags for discussions are good. BUt still giving a wrong tag to a discussion may put the discussion in a wrong list.

i never submit tags. ^^ i don't really know what's the real function of the tags others than easy reference while everytime i post comments or post discussion, i would get to know if someone has replied me through my emails. so, i don't think it is useful though. but maybe someone here can tell me the other function of this "tag" for. Thanks
