how can i see the number of visitors in my blog??

i have seen in many blogs that they have one section which shows how many visitors they have and also from where the visitors are??i also want to apply this in my blog...but doesn't know how to do that.....can you please tell me how to do that???

I think there are widgets that could work for this but what I have made use is feedjit just as what diana has stated above with the link. Just copy the code from feddjit and paste it on your blog.
