When someone asked me how old i am, im proud to say my real age. Why? because i get complements with them. They told me i look young for my age. They said i have baby face, some says im petite that's why i look young for my age.But i guess, the secret that makes me look younger is becausei'm a cheerful and jolly person.I believe that laughter makes me young.they said the more a person laughs the more she/he get rid of stress, which is one factor of aging.how about you?

Most people cannot guess my true age for they say I look younger. For me age is just a number and your true age is determined by your state of mind. People tend to stress themselves out for different reasons, and this add to their age. If you find the humor in a situation, why not go with the flow and laugh your heart out? Laughter really does make you feel younger and feel better.

I fully agree with this. Laughter eases tension lines in the face and gives us a better frame of mind to face our day-to-day lives. In anatomy, we use 43 muscles if we frown and only 17 muscles if we smile. Besides, we are less prone to heart problems if we laugh more often because we are less stressed out...so smile mylotters!

That is so true! Laughter is the best medicine. I agree with you 100% on that level. I love to tell jokes, clown around and I love to have fun and just be yourself and happiness comes with being young at heart and laughing. Why keep a frown on your face all the time, that only stresses you out and make you look old. I love to laugh and have a jolly old time and those are the kind of people that I love to be around. Why be unhappy, have fun and enjoy yourself. We are only here for a short time, why shorten it by being stressed out?

Yes i agree because while laughing the most numbers of muscles move in the human body.A humorous person live longer than a average person because when you laugh all the stress in your body goes away.
Stress in human mind gives rise hypertension which results in numerous phycological and physical diseases.Lets not go too deep the thing is the more you be happy the longer you live simple as that,so dont take stress throw it away!

very much agree! and who wouldnt? :)
same here..maybe becuase of my petite structure thats why when someone ask my age they say i look younger than my real age..as i age i smile more often and not take things too seriously. even with my situation that im pregnant and alone. and its very true that age is just a number..maturity is a state of mind not age..we also have to take good care of our body and have confidence in oneself..
see my shout out?..growing old is mandatory but growing up is optional..

I have no problem telling people my age - hey, I've survived another year! Yippee! I have a good outlook on life and a point system:
If I wake up in the morning - 2 points
If I can sit up in the morning - 2 points
If I can stand up in the morning - 2 points
If I can walk in the morning - 2 points
If I can still remember where I am and what I'm supposed to be doing - 2 points
That's a big 10-pointer to start my day. Ain't life grand? Yippee!

Itn is correct that laughing and smiling
can make your face more brightier to see.
It can rid to not having warts in our skins.
Imagine it can erase the feelings you have
suffered if your not feeling well.
It can help you look younger as you do it.
Pimples get ouch of it if you smile and
laugh.

I agree with you all in all that laughter is the best anti-aging machine on earth, which may take away the stress and depression, especially those truly from the bottoms of hearts.
Life is beautiful, and we can take a easy atittude toward it and live a relaxed life. The more we smile, the younger we are!

hi emberlouis,
absolutely yes. when we laugh or even thinking about it releases a hormone called endorphin. endorphin is the body's natural medicines to combat stress and the like. they make us feel better, improves our mood and minimize pain. lauhgter is obviously the best medicine. check the following: http://www.readysetgofitness.com/newsletter_39/Lovesthoseendorphines.html
