EasycashPTR scam?

I have earned $0.013 in easycasptr. I tried to select Paypal as payment method to cashout automatically on reaching 0.01$. But it does not allow me to save the payment method with an error 'Select Country', though country is already selected as India and the country field has been disabled!!
I have sent 2 queries to them regarding this, but there has been no response!!
Is Easycashptr scam?

I went to check out the site...they have no forum. So I went to the TOS and found out that they charge a fee to cashout..Paypal Mass Pay (2%fee min 0.01$)...so they might not of let you continue the process..because you would need to have at least 2 cents...so you could cover the fee.
I also found this...
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days.
A month seems like a very long time to wait for a penny

It really is amazing what they are starting to hide in the TOS section. I have noticed a lot of newer sites are doing this....because most people don't read them.

it seems to me like that site is a scam. i think you should probably search for something that works for you. i have some legit ways that i earn money online. i earn money online playing mmorpg games and also some other ways. if you are interested you can add me and PM me for details. best of luck with earning.
